The primary focus of my law practice involves guiding individuals through the complex estate planning process and probate. I have more than thirty years’ experience in the preparation and administration of matters ranging from very basic wills to highly sophisticated wealth and family business transfers. I provide clients guidance with all areas of probate law and estate tax matters, including resolution of contested cases in Probate Court and the Internal Revenue Service.
I also counsel clients on the formation and operation of closely held businesses, corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. Such advice involves preparation of shareholder/owner agreements, buy-sell agreements, employment and compensation agreements, and business sales and acquisitions.
I began my career as a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) having spent a considerable amount of his accounting practice assisting clients in the insurance, real estate development and retail food service industries.
My wife and I reside in Westerville, Ohio, and have two children. I am a member of the Westerville Sunrise Rotary and enjoy golfing and time with my family.
